The tournament started off in the rain when 5 boats launched at 6:15am from Glen
Cove.
The dam apparently let out between Wednesday and the tourney
since the water level dropped a few feet. The water temperature was about 55
degrees and stained but cleared as the day wore on. It was a tough bite, but Smitty found
the bass and brought 4 fish to the scale to win lunker and the
tournament, hands down.
